Tap & Take™ is an automated coat check system that connects each numbered RFID card or key fob to a specific numbered storage position on the garment conveyor. When the guest taps the credential, the controller identifies that position and moves it directly to the configured pickup point.
The employee does not need to enter a phone number, search a database, walk through rows of garments or remember where a coat was stored. The guest does not need a phone, an application, an SMS message or a paper ticket during normal retrieval.
The result is a faster and more consistent coat check process for guests, attendants and facility managers.

Many digital coat check systems replace the paper ticket but leave the slowest part of the process unchanged. An employee may still need to enter customer information, find a record, walk to the storage area, search for the garment and carry it back to the counter.

The identification method is simple and visible. Every storage position on the conveyor has a number, and the guest receives a card or key fob displaying the matching number. An RFID chip inside that credential is programmed in the controller for the same position.
Visible number + RFID identity + conveyor position = one clear retrieval process.

The short demonstration shows the essential sequence: the credential is presented, the controller identifies the assigned position, and the conveyor moves that position to the service point.
The pickup point is not restricted to one universal factory location. It can be configured at the selected place on the conveyor according to the service counter, room layout and operating requirements of the facility.
This allows the automated coat check system to be designed around the building instead of forcing the building to adapt to one fixed equipment arrangement.

A mobile phone should not become a point of failure in the coat retrieval process. A battery can run out, cellular service may be weak, an SMS message can be delayed, or a phone number may be entered incorrectly.

How does the system know which coat to retrieve?

Can the pickup point be placed anywhere on the conveyor?

Can the system be installed in an existing coatroom?

Can an organization's existing card be used?
